FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How much do you charge?

A: That depends entirely on where your event is being held, how many people are in the ensemble you are booking, and for how long you want us to play; we usually charge in the region of £100 to £150 per person. Our rates are very competitive and include travel costs and expenses for bookings in London. Because we consider each event individually, please contact us for a firm quote.

Q: How do I make a booking?

A: Please complete the contact form providing all necessary details of the event and a contact number/email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Will I have to pay a deposit when I book?

A: We ask for a £20 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Q: What happens if the event is cancelled?

A: Once you have signed and returned the contract we send you when you make your booking you become liable for the full fee. However, we do understand that circumstances can change and we will do our best to secure another booking for the time slot we had allocated to you. If we are successful we will waive our charge to you.

Q: What will you wear at our event?

A: We tend to wear all black, or black trousers with a coloured shirt, but we dress to complement your event so if you want us to be more formal or more casual then let us know and we will dress accordingly.

Q: Who chooses the music which will be played at our event?

A: You can specify all, some or none of the music you would like played at your event. Some of our clients know exactly which pieces of music they want played and others leave it to us to decide on the repertoire. We are happy to work in whatever way suits you.

Q: Can we hear you play before we make a booking?

A: We are in the process of making a recording which you will be able to hear in the Audio section.

Q: Who should I contact for further details?

A: For further details please fill in the contact form.
